We are seeking a strategic and analytically driven professional to help clients optimize ticket pricing and inventory distribution strategies across primary and secondary sales channels. This client-facing role partners closely with collegiate athletics, performing arts, and live entertainment organizations to maximize revenue, improve inventory utilization, and expand audience reach through dynamic pricing and marketplace distribution strategies.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and revenue management skills with a consultative mindset and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data-driven solutions and actionable insights. This role also works closely with internal stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities, improve platform functionality, and support client revenue growth initiatives.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    Pricing & Inventory Strategy

    • Partner with clients to develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies designed to maximize revenue, optimize yield, and support sell-through objectives.

    • Analyze primary and secondary market activity, historical sales performance, consumer demand trends, and real-time market conditions to recommend pricing and inventory adjustments.

    • Manage inventory allocations and holds to ensure optimal inventory availability across sales channels and pricing tiers.

    • Monitor event performance and proactively identify opportunities to adjust pricing and inventory strategies throughout the sales lifecycle.

    Distribution Strategy

    • Serve as a subject matter expert on proprietary pricing and inventory distribution platforms, supporting clients from onboarding through ongoing optimization.

    • Advise clients on inventory placement strategies across primary and marketplace channels to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining pricing integrity on core inventory.

    • Evaluate cross-channel sales performance, revenue trends, average ticket price, pacing, and days-out purchasing patterns to guide pricing and distribution recommendations.

    • Collaborate with Partnerships, Client Success, Product, and Data & Insights teams to communicate client feedback and support continuous platform enhancements.

    Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Work closely with clients and internal teams to define, measure, and report on key performance indicators related to pricing, inventory utilization, and revenue optimization.

    • Develop and maintain standardized and ad hoc dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights into pricing performance and channel effectiveness.

    • Identify trends, risks, and revenue opportunities through ongoing analysis of ticket sales, consumer behavior, and market conditions.

    • Translate complex data findings into clear, strategic recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

    Client Partnership & Enablement

    • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor for a portfolio of clients across collegiate athletics, performing arts, and live entertainment venues.

    • Support onboarding and training efforts for new clients utilizing proprietary pricing and inventory management tools.

    • Conduct recurring business reviews and strategic planning sessions with stakeholders ranging from ticket operations teams to executive leadership.

    • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, strategic guidance, and operational support.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, yield optimization, ticketing analytics, or a related analytical function, preferably within live entertainment, sports, or ticketing industries.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets and translating insights into business recommendations.

    • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

    • Understanding of live event sales cycles and market dynamics, including the impact of demand, scheduling, competition, and consumer behavior on pricing strategy.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve reporting, workflow efficiency, and strategic decision-making is preferred.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with ticketing platforms - Paciolan, Archtics, SeatGeek, AXS, or similar systems - strongly preferred.

    • Familiarity with secondary marketplace dynamics and omni-channel ticket distribution strategies.

    • Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake or comparable), with hands-on experience in price elasticity and demand forecasting

    • Experience with dynamic pricing tools or revenue management platforms.

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Sport Management, or a related field.
