Systems Test Integration Engineer – Missile Defense ProgramsAbout the Role

We are seeking a Systems Test Integration Engineer to support the development and integration of advanced test environments for missile defense programs. This role focuses on defining test capabilities, supporting system-level integration and validation activities, and ensuring test infrastructure aligns with program requirements across the engineering lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a strong systems engineering background, experience supporting complex hardware integration efforts, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop test requirements and test environment capabilities for missile defense systems
• Support system-level integration, validation, and verification activities throughout the product lifecycle
• Coordinate with systems, hardware, software, manufacturing, and test engineering teams to ensure successful implementation
• Assist with hardware integration efforts, factory transitions, and production support activities
• Support test planning, execution, troubleshooting, and readiness efforts
• Identify technical risks, cost drivers, and opportunities for process or affordability improvements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across development and test programs
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
