We are working directly with the hiring manager on this exclusive search assignment. This role is 100% onsite.
    Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving real-world manufacturing challenges, collaborating across disciplines, and working directly on the production floor. The ideal candidate will play a key role in scaling production, improving manufacturing processes, supporting new product introductions, and troubleshooting issues across mechanical, electrical, and software-related systems.
    Responsibilities:

    * Partner closely with technicians and production personnel to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput
    * Collaborate with engineering teams on new product introduction (NPI) activities and design for manufacturability (DFM) initiatives
    * Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and production procedures
    * Design, specify, or implement production tooling, fixtures, jigs, and equipment improvements
    * Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including non-conforming materials and returned products
    * Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on productivity, manufacturability, and operational excellence
    * Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, electrical, software, quality, and engineering teams to troubleshoot complex production challenges
