Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Oversee regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories, investigating and resolving variances.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
  • Manage the disposition of excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory to minimize carrying costs.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehousing to optimize material flow and storage.
  • Implement and maintain inventory management systems and technologies.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and WMS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.

Bonus Qualifications

  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
  • Proven ability to implement and manage cycle counting programs
