This position will train and audit team members to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The QOS is accountable for proper documentation and adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS), while also championing continuous improvement initiatives. This role acts as the primary quality and training point of contact for the department and collaborates cross-functionally.

- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Maintain required attendance and punctuality standards
- Ability to follow instructions and seek clarification as needed
- Proficient data entry, clerical, and basic mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience creating and delivering presentations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships at all organizational levels
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience
