Job Title: Shipping Validation Engineer
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary:
Seeking a Shipping Validation Engineer (3–5 years) to support transport validation activities, including real-world and simulated shipping studies, packaging validation, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute real-world and simulated shipping validation studies
  • Perform pallet loading, shipment monitoring, and damage inspections
  • Design and validate palletized and small parcel packaging (2–8°C, frozen)
  • Conduct transport qualification studies and last-mile delivery validation
  • Use accelerometers/data loggers for data collection and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with ASTM and ISTA standards
  • Document validation protocols, reports, and results

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years in shipping/transport validation
  • Hands-on experience with real-world shipping studies
  • Experience with palletized loads and small parcel qualification
  • Knowledge of ASTM and ISTA standards
  • Experience with temperature-controlled packaging
  • Familiarity with data loggers/accelerometers

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in pharma/biotech or regulated environments
  • Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
