Title: Solution Architect / Tech Lead – AI Agent & DSL Platform (SFMC Automation)

Location: Columbus, OH

Job Type: FTC / Full-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect / Tech Lead to lead the architecture and development of an AI-driven automation platform focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML systems, agentic architectures, cloud-native platforms, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.

This role will drive the end-to-end technical vision for AI agents, DSL-based workflow orchestration, backend services, and SFMC automation solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in an Architect or Tech Lead role.

  • Experience designing distributed systems and workflow automation platforms.
  • Deep understanding of DSL design, ASTs, interpreters, and compiler concepts.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript.
  • Experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform, containers, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
