Key Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated project and program schedules for complex engineering and production activities.

• Perform schedule analysis, trend analysis, variance reporting, impact assessments, and risk evaluations.

• Identify project risks and opportunities, develop mitigation strategies, and support business case development.

• Establish and maintain lead-time requirements and schedule performance metrics.

• Facilitate schedule integration, baseline management, change management, and planning best practices.

• Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders to define requirements and project objectives.

• Coordinate commitments and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.

• Support all project phases from planning through execution and completion.

• Develop reports, presentations, and schedule status updates for management and program leadership.

• Ensure alignment of project schedules with business goals, production requirements, and program milestones.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and typically 6+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 3+ years of experience using integrated scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional (OPP) or Primavera.

• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining engineering schedules.

• 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using OPP, ECAS IBEX, ETAC, Milestone Pro, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools.

• Experience with aerospace, manufacturing, or production programs.

• Experience with business operations processes and project planning methodologies.

• Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Experience supporting airplane programs or production systems.

Education / Experience

Bachelor's degree and typically 6 or more years of related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
