Job Summary: Manufacturing Planner 2 - San Antonio, TX (Onsite, 2nd Shift) About the Role Join Indotronix as a Manufacturing Planner 2 in San Antonio, TX, and become an integral part of a high-impact production team supporting industry-leading projects. This second-shift, onsite role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve technical challenges, and support critical manufacturing initiatives. Responsibilities - Build comprehensive technical data packages for supplier utilization - Develop and implement manufacturing plans aligned with production goals - Resolve complex technical issues affecting performance, cost, and schedules - Analyze design/build concepts to recommend efficient manufacturing solutions - Create and support installation planning packages, including shipside planning - Contribute to process and tooling improvements to enhance team performance - Ensure timely delivery of engineering releases and manufacturing deliverables - Collaborate across teams to support seamless manufacturing activities - Work required overtime, weekends, and holidays to achieve production targets Required Skills and Experience - Associate (AA) degree in a relevant discipline - Minimum 1 year reading and interpreting engineering drawings - At least 1 year in a manufacturing or manufacturing support setting - Minimum 1 year applying technical and professional writing skills - Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities - Flexibility to work extended hours as business needs dictate - Eligibility to obtain Secret Clearance post-employment Preferred Skills - Prior experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at Boeing - Gold ESP proficiency - Advanced Microsoft Office Suite expertise Benefits - Opportunity to work on advanced manufacturing projects with leading industry professionals - Career growth potential through ongoing training and process improvement initiatives - Collaborative, team-oriented work culture - Overtime pay opportunities for extended work hours How to Apply Ready to advance your manufacturing planning career in a vital onsite role?
