Position Summary

As a Healthy Home Expert (Carpet Cleaning Technician), you will serve as the face of PURECLEAN, delivering high-quality cleaning services while educating customers on solutions that improve the health and cleanliness of their home or business.

This role is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, customer-focused, and motivated to grow their income through service and sales. A successful technician combines technical skill, strong communication, and attention to detail to deliver outstanding results and maximize each opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform carpet, upholstery, tile and grout, and other specialty cleaning services.
  • Evaluate the overall condition of the home and recommend additional services when appropriate.
  • Provide accurate, honest, and ethical service recommendations and pricing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from arrival through job completion.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, vehicles, and job sites.
  • Operate company equipment safely and in accordance with training and procedures.
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with customers to build trust and rapport.
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while working independently in the field.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical and sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills required.
  • Sales-minded with the ability to confidently recommend services.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift 50+lbsand perform physical labor, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Must be 18+ and able to work in a drug-free environment.

Schedule & Availability

Full-time position.
5-day work week (company operates 6 days per week).
Daily start time at 7:00 AM for team huddle, dispatching to jobs around 8:00 AM.
Occasional evening or weekend shifts for commercial jobs.
Occasional rotating on-call availability.
