About the Role

Kenney Property is seeking a motivated and dependable Property Management Intern to join our team. This internship is designed for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry while learning the day-to-day operations of both commercial and residential property management.

Working directly under the Assistant Property Managers, you will play an important role in supporting daily office operations while gaining valuable exposure to leasing, tenant relations, property maintenance coordination, and administrative responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in property management.


Responsibilities

  • File and organize tenant, lease, and property records.
  • Deliver notices to residential and commercial properties.
  • Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks.
  • Help maintain accurate property files and digital records.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Provide support to the property management team with day-to-day operations.
  • Perform general errands and office duties as needed.
