    About You

    We’re looking for someone who:

    • 5-year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited University program and pursuing licensure.
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating strong concept design skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Demonstrated competency using Revit and AutoCAD is required.
    • Foundational knowledge using Rhino, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and/or other 3D rendering software programs is a plus.
    • Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with various personalities and communication styles, and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

    About the Role

    As a Project Coordinator, you will:

    • Refine your skills and develop expertise while collaborating with practicing registered architects to deliver impactful architectural projects.
    • Fulfill and document required NCARB Architectural Experience Program® (AXP®) credit hours while actively preparing to advance toward architectural registration exams.
    • Collaborate with team members across all design phases, from programming and concept development through the detailed completion of construction documents.
    • Take an active role in Construction Administration, including conducting site visits, coordinating with contractors, and addressing on-site issues.
    • Drive quality control initiatives to ensure high client satisfaction.

    Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience. The disclosed range estimate, unadjusted for location-based differences, may vary where the position is filled.
