The role requires strong expertise in insurance data concepts, relational database design, data modeling methodologies, and data governance practices.
A strong candidate will have 5 years of Data Modeling experience, deep knowledge of relational databases and table design, and practical experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry including Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Risk, and Premium data structures.

- Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Create models for Policy, Claims, Billing, Customer, Broker, Risk, Coverage, and Reinsurance domains.
- Develop dimensional models for reporting and analytics.
- Maintain source-to-target mappings, metadata, and data dictionaries.
- Support database optimization, data quality, governance, audit, and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business, Architecture, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years Data Modeling and Database Design experience.
- 3 years Property & Casualty Insurance experience.
- Strong knowledge of insurance business processes and enterprise data structures.
Technical Skills:
- Conceptual, Logical & Physical Data Modeling
- ER Modeling and Dimensional Modeling (Star/Snowflake)
- Snowflake, Database Design, Normalization, Denormalization
