    Job Summary:
    Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking an Informatica Developer to support utility application projects. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to drive solutions to complex problems while collaborating with a diverse team.
    Responsibilities:
    • Experience driving solutions to complex problems where the analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible factors.
    • Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations and optimize the teams resources to attain business goals and objectives.
    • Experience in Utility application support
    • Experience in working Right shore service delivery model application support
    • Experience with change control methodology.
    • Experienced in Migrations and data conversions
    • Peer testing/Code review
    • Profound ability to quickly understand complex Java source code and systems
    • Has good interpersonal and teamwork abilities, and able to adapt in a diverse working environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills both oral and written
    Qualifications:
    Required:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science and/or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in development projects
    • Strong project development experience, analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Independent thinker with the ability to perform under pressure.
    • Experience driving solutions to complex problems where the analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible factors.
    • Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations and optimize the teams resources to attain business goals and objectives.
    • Experience in Utility application support
    • Experience in working Right shore service delivery model application support
    • Experience with change control methodology.
