Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Ping Identity Subject Matter Expert for a Remote position with a Regional Financial Institution. This is a 3+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: $90.00 - $120.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Ping Identity Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a large-scale Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) modernization initiative. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, helping guide technical decisions, reduce implementation risk, establish best practices, and accelerate the overall program for a maturing Ping Identity platform. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary Ping Identity SME for a large-scale identity modernization initiative Provide hands-on guidance and expertise across the Ping Identity ecosystem Advise teams on application onboarding, authentication flows, federation, and identity management best practices Support the migration of applications from legacy authentication platforms into Ping Identity Guide MFA strategy, implementation, and modernization efforts Review current architecture, integrations, and implementation approaches to identify risks and optimization opportunities Provide recommendations around SSO, federation, authentication, authorization, and credential management Partner closely with development teams to solve complex integration challenges Establish implementation standards, reusable patterns, and best practices for future onboarding efforts Support roadmap validation and long-term platform maturity planning Mentor internal team members and provide knowledge transfer on Ping Identity capabilities and implementation strategies Primary Requirements: 8+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience 5+ years of hands-on Ping Identity experience Deep expertise with one or more of the following: PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, PingDirectory, PingID Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale Ping Identity implementations and migrations Strong knowledge of: Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Identity Federation Experience integrating applications into centralized authentication platforms Experience supporting identity modernization and authentication transformation initiatives Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills Desired Skills: Banking or financial services experience Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) experience Experience migrating from IBM Tivoli or other legacy IAM platforms Experience implementing MFA solutions, including: SMS OTP, Email OTP, Push Authentication, Adaptive Authentication Familiarity with risk-based authentication and Zero Trust principles Experience working within large enterprise modernization programs Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
