    We are seeking two (2) Business Development Managers to focus on net new client acquisition, driving revenue through a mix of consultative technology staffing and strategic services solutions. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building new relationships, opening doors, and closing business in a competitive market.
    Position Summary
    As a Business Development Manager , your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across enterprise IT organizations and technology-focused environments. You will position RCM's full suite of capabilities, including IT staffing solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire) as well as project-based consulting and technology services.
    While the primary focus is new logo acquisition, you may also be asked to expand business within existing accounts by identifying additional opportunities and introducing new service lines.
    You will be supported by a dedicated delivery and recruiting team, enabling you to deliver high-quality talent and scalable solutions aligned to client needs.
    Responsibilities
    • Drive net new business development across enterprise IT and technology organizations
    • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across:
      • IT staffing solutions (contract/direct hire)
      • Consulting and project-based services
      • Managed services
    • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts
    • Develop and execute strategic outreach and account penetration plans
    • Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to deliver integrated staffing and services solutions
    • Lead client meetings, presentations, proposal development, and negotiate contracts, MSAs, SOWs, and staffing agreements
    • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
    • Support growth within existing accounts as needed by identifying cross-sell opportunities
    Qualifications
    • 7+ years of overall sales experience, including 5+ years in a IT consultative, new business sales environment
    • Experience in IT staffing, technology services, or technology-focused sales is required
    • Proven success in net new client acquisition ( "hunter" role) within professional services, consulting, or staffing
    • Demonstrated ability to build a book of business
    • Experience selling into enterprise IT organizations and working with technology leadership stakeholders preferred
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Experience with formal sales methodologies
    • Self-starter with a high level of drive and accountability

    Education & Certifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) preferred.
