    Position: Project Manager / Project Lead
    Location: Blythewood, SC (Onsite with 25% Remote)
    Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

    Role Overview

    Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate agency-wide IT initiatives for a large public-sector organization. The role partners closely with IT leadership and the Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver strategic and tactical projects and help establish standardized project management processes.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead IT projects end-to-end from initiation through closeout

    • Manage scope, schedule, milestones, risks, resources, and deliverables

    • Coordinate with internal teams, government stakeholders, and business partners

    • Track project progress, budgets, risks, and issues; escalate as needed

    • Facilitate project meetings, status reports, and stakeholder communications

    • Maintain master IT project portfolio and reporting materials

    • Support development and adoption of standardized PM methodologies

    • Document lessons learned and finalize project documentation

    Required Skills
    • PMP Certification (Required)

    • Strong experience managing IT projects in complex environments

    • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
