Job description

Overview
The Machine Operator will work in a high-performance work organization on a cross functional team that utilizes the operator's ability to perform multiple tasks and work within a team environment. Operators need to be cooperative and willing to apply their skills and rotate positions on a regular basis to make the team successful.
What you will do:
Pre-operation machine inspection- load screws and hinges.
Sort and push door stacks down the conveyor tracks.
Use mallet to loosen doors. Load hinge machine with bifold door panels for hinging. Inspect and ensure hardware aligned and applied correctly prior to push off.
Pull off cullboards, change bits, restock rails/assist .
Reject doors are directed to repair and remakes requested.
LOTO certified and use of air gun during clean up.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bending, constant twisting while carrying product, stooping, pushing, and standing for long continuous hours is required.

What you will need:
Preferably one year experience in manufacturing setting working in a similar role
HS Diploma or GED equivalent
Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Work on a computer
Use a Tape Measure, Caliper
Use hand and power tools
Basic reading and writing skills
Ability to add and subtract fractions and whole numbers, convert fractions to decimals* (Exceptional math abilities are a must.)*
Ability to read, follow, and understand work instructions
Ability to do small repairs on doors
