We exist to make humanity more free. For most of human history, you farmed or you starved. Technology gave people more time for the things they wanted to do, instead of things they had to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built - but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. There are groups building AI who don't share these goals. Whoever deploys frontier compute infrastructure fastest will decide whether AI expands human freedom or shrinks it.
We're singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. Examples of key problems the team is working on
Engineer gigawatts from drawing to energized, in months not years. Capacity Delivery owns technical execution across every build: the drawings, the field questions, and the engineering calls that keep multiple concurrent gigawatt sites moving.
Engineer data centers that go up in months, not years. At that pace rework is not an option: problems get caught on paper or they cost a data hall.
Design it once, build it a hundred times. Every site's lessons roll into the reference design on the way to 10s to 100s of GWs, so each build starts ahead of the last.
Own controls engineering for assigned sites: BMS and EPMS design review, integration oversight, and commissioning support.
Review controls submittals against the standard: architecture, points, sequences, graphics.
Oversee integrator programming quality before it reaches the field.
Support Level 3 through 5 commissioning with engineering answers in hours.

You've engineered building or industrial controls on mission critical projects.
You read and write sequences of operations.
You've reviewed integrator work and sent it back with specifics.
You debug controls issues from the points list up.
Bonus: Niagara or Ignition. EPMS platforms. Networking for controls. Commissioning experience.
