Function/Department: Health Plan and Healthcare Services
Reporting to: Team Lead - Operations
Pay : $18.50/hr
Role Description: The Mailroom Associate - Driver plays an integral part of the team, responsible for efficiently managing high volumes of mail and documents in a fast-paced environment. This position is critical to meeting productivity metrics and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mail.
Roles & Responsibilities
Driving company vehicle to USPS to pick mail and bring it to office
Must be comfortable driving box truck.
Identify and coordinate mail according to guidelines.
Maintain high level of quality production, meeting hourly KPI's.
Perform electronic indexing.
Scan processed documents.
Create and validate envelope tracking and barcodes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Expected/Key Results
Valid drivers license
Ability to work early morning shift
Complete tasks in accordance with metric guidelines
