Ansell is looking for a Channel Development Manager, Fastenal to join our team!

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 US Dollars per year

In this high-impact, strategic role, you will lead the growth of our Fastenal segment across North America-driving share-of-wallet, strengthening channel partnerships, and expanding relationships with key stakeholders. You'll shape go-to-market strategies while delivering measurable commercial results.

What your role will be?

  • Drive strategic growth across Fastenal within the U.S.

  • Build and maintain executive-level and key end user relationships

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities while pulling demand through channel partners

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with regional and global objectives

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to maximize performance

  • Lead trials, quantify ROI, and negotiate enterprise-level agreements

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and manage key account performance

  • Influence channel strategy, partner investment decisions, and distribution effectiveness

  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure delivery against targets

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales, or channel leadership

  • Proven success driving growth through distribution and indirect sales models

  • Experience managing national or multi-regional accounts and channel portfolios

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution

  • Experience leading trials, building ROI cases, and closing complex deals

  • High level of adaptability, ownership, and ability to navigate ambiguity

  • Willingness to travel 50-75%
