Job description

Job Description & Skill Requirement:
1. Spearhead the design and development of custom lifting devices, fixtures, and ergonomic workstations to support manufacturing operations and improve operator safety.
2. Expertise in 2D and 3D product development with facility modeling and standard factory objects in CREO. In-depth knowledge in mechanical drawings and documentation for BOM etc., in AutoCad. Familiarity with Siemens Teamcenter is a plus.
3. Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate structural integrity, stress limits, and durability of components prior to production.
4. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing teams, and external suppliers to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
5. Improve tools and equipment by redesigning them to better fit current manufacturing procedures while compliance with safety standards.
6. Support project planning and execution from design to development through material selection, cost estimation, fabrication, testing and supplier coordination.
