Supply Chain Coordinator

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Parts Breakpoint Coordinator to support Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA) service parts activities. This role is responsible for analyzing parts availability, supplier timing, inventory positions, and implementation schedules to help ensure service parts are available when customers and dealers need them.
The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain, parts planning, inventory analysis, purchasing support, dealership operations, or aftersales. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate actions across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development, validation, and maintenance of service part breakpoints and implementation activities.
  • Analyze parts data, inventory levels, supplier timing, demand signals, and implementation dates to identify risks and recommend actions.
  • Review and track issues impacting service part availability and coordinate follow-up activities with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor action items, recovery plans, implementation timing, and key decisions to ensure timely execution.
  • Communicate status updates, timing changes, issue summaries, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and tracking tools.
  • Escalate supply, timing, or execution risks that could impact customers, dealers, or service operations.
  • Assist in improving reporting processes, tracking methods, and breakpoint management activities.
  • Support a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and business needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, Automotive Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory analysis, parts planning, purchasing support, aftersales, dealership operations, or a related function.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, operational reports, and data analysis.
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders or departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other standard business tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in automotive service parts, aftersales, dealership fixed operations, or parts planning.
  • Understanding of the automotive service and retail environment.
  • Experience supporting part changes, breakpoints, supersessions, or implementation activities.
  • Familiarity with supplier timing, material availability, recovery plans, or supply chain risk management.
  • Experience working within Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA) or a similar aftermarket organization.
