Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team. The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, implementing policies and procedures, conducting staff training, and assisting with quality improvement initiatives.
