Description
El Super Pan Latin Kitchen and Bar is looking for a Manager with strong hospitality and team-building skills. Bar background a plus. We are looking for a strong leader who is able to build a motivated team of employees while keeping the goal of positive guest experience at the forefront. This position requires a person who works, functions and makes decisions with the culture, long-term success, and growth of the company in mind. The ideal candidate will possess a high skill level and knowledge of food and service execution, as well as the ability to balance daily operations. Prior restaurant experience with longevity is required.
Requirements
  • 2 years of prior Manager experience
  • Latin Caribbean Culture Knowdlege
  • Ability to train and perform all the dining room positions
  • Consistent use and execution of operating systems
  • Scheduling front of the house staff according to volume
  • Ability to create business opportunities ( Events, BEO, Catering and others)
  • Understanding and performing opening and closing procedures
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays and late nights
  • Accurate money handling, processing credit card transactions, and basic math skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
