In this role, youll support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, coaching team members, and delivering excellent customer service. Its the perfect next step for someone ready to lead, learn, and grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadershipย
Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient serviceย
Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-readyย
Step in to lead when the Store Manager is away help drive performance goals and maintain compliance standardsย
Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team
ย
Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstancesย including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.ย
What Were Looking Forย
Education High school diploma or equivalentย
Experience 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service Leadership A team-first mindset with strong communication skillsย
Operations Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systemsย
Tech comfort Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)ย
ServeSafe certification Required or willingness to obtainย
