    • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills across project teams
    • Must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work onsite in Berkeley

    Preferred

    • Experience working for a general contractor on multi-family or commercial construction projects
    • Familiarity with subcontract agreements, insurance compliance, and lien release processes
    • Experience supporting Project Managers and Superintendents directly

    • Can proactively follow up with subcontractors and internal teams to keep projects moving
    • Take ownership of project organization and documentation accuracy
    • Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented construction environment

This Role May Not Be a Good Fit If:

    • Your experience is primarily in non-construction administrative roles
    • You are unfamiliar with construction workflows such as RFIs, submittals, or change orders
