In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business.

DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a full-time Administrative Support Representative at our office in Denver, Colorado. This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented, organized individual to join a team of dedicated professionals. This role will perform billing functions as well as other administrative and customer service job responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support in daily office functions.
  • Create and manage customer invoices meeting daily and monthly goals.
  • Answer customer calls and emails and enter daily service requests.
  • Receive and process check and credit card payments.
  • Set up and maintain customer account information.
  • Create and implement team building and community outreach activities.
  • Perform monthly credit card reconciliations.
  • Upload contract documents to company website for review and final agreement.
  • Contract liaison between customers and staff to ensure documents are submitted w/all signatures and deadlines are met.
  • Support front desk phones, customer walk-ins, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Expert attention to detail and great customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and with a team.
  • Prioritize tasks and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Billing experience (preferred) and AR/AP experience a plus.

The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities

Pay Range
$19—$27.50 USD
