    We are seeking a dependable, organized, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide support with both personal and business-related responsibilities. This role requires someone who is proactive, professional, responsive, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks with discretion and minimal supervision.
    Responsibilities
    • Assist with managing and organizing emails and phone calls.
    • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and personal commitments.
    • Organize paperwork, documents, receipts, and other important records.
    • Follow up on bills, payments, accounts, and business matters.
    • Make restaurant, travel, hotel, and other reservations as needed.
    • Run personal and business-related errands.
    • Pick up and drop off dry cleaning, packages, documents, and other items.
    • Handle store and online returns or exchanges.
    • Coordinate appointments with repair technicians, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
    • Follow up with vendors to ensure projects and repairs are completed.
    • Assist with purchasing supplies and other household or business needs.
    • Help keep personal and business schedules organized and on track.
    • Handle confidential or sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
    • Assist with additional personal, household, and business-related tasks as needed.

    Requirements
    • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
    • Comfortable using email, calendars, smartphones, and basic computer applications.
