About the Role:
D1 Training - Melbourne is looking for an energetic and personable Front Desk/Social Media Associate to be the face of our facility and the voice of our brand online. This is a dynamic dual-role opportunity perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fitness environment and has a passion for connecting with people both in person and across digital platforms. If you love fitness, people, and content creation, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in members and guests, providing a welcoming and professional front desk experience
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding memberships, programs, and facility information
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Capture photos and videos of training sessions, events, and facility highlights for social media use
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and grow community engagement
  • Process membership sign-ups, payments, and maintain accurate member records
  • Support coaches and staff with daily operations and facility upkeep

Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy fitness environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS or membership management software a plus
  • Passion for health, fitness, and athletic performance
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Previous front desk, customer service, or social media experience preferred

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
