    Keyholder – Pop-Up at The Platform (Culver City, CA)

    About the Brand:
    The Brand is a female-founded Australian fashion brand with a purpose-led mission to empower women and create real, positive change. Known for delivering timeless, elevated fashion, the brand fosters a strong sense of community, confidence, and creativity. As they continue to expand, they are opening a pop-up at The Platform in Culver City, CA, for a six-month residency.

    About the Role:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-savvy Keyholder to support the store leadership team and contribute to a seamless, elevated retail experience. As a Keyholder, you will take on additional responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, driving sales, and assisting with operations while serving as a brand ambassador.

    This is a temporary contract position through Retail For The People for the duration of the pop-up.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Open and close the store, ensuring all operational procedures are followed.

    • Assist the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving store KPIs, including conversion, UPT, and AOV.

    • Support store manager with all store operations, including cash handling, loss prevention, and inventory control.

    • Act as a leader on the sales floor when the manager is not there, setting the tone for the team and providing guidance to Sales Associates.

    • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.

    • Maintain all visual merchandising standards and ensure the product is presented in line with the brand’s aesthetic.

    • Foster a strong brand community by engaging with customers and building relationships.

    About You:

    • 2+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion.

    • Previous keyholder or leadership experience is a plus.

    • Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.

    • Strong sales ability with a track record of achieving targets.

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to multitask and thrive in an elevated, dynamic retail environment.

    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
