Overview
CORT is seeking a full-time Residential Regional Sales Manager for cover the thriving Texas territory. The Residential Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing Account Executives, Territory Sales Managers, and Residential Business Development Executives across multiple districts.
This role drives revenue growth, ensures customer satisfaction, and aligns sales strategies with CORT's business objectives. The Residential Regional Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in talent development, operational collaboration, and strategic planning, while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
Pay: $105,000-$110,00 plus bonus.
Travel Requirements: Frequent travel across districts. Includes overnight travel, early mornings, and occasional evenings/weekends for events and meetings.

Responsibilities
• Team Leadership and Development: Hire, coach, and mentor the sales team to meet performance goals. Conduct regular one-on-ones, ride-alongs, and training sessions.
• Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement regional sales strategies based on market analysis, trigger events, and business goals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, property management companies (PMCs), corporate housing clients, and referral partners.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track KPIs such as delivered revenue, lease averages, and referral goals. Submit forecasts and reports to leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Marketing, and other departments to support sales initiatives and resolve customer issues.
• Business Development and Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities, attend trade shows and networking events, and promote property technology integrations.
• Sales Operations Support: Oversee inventory coordination, order fulfillment, and ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• 5 years of outside sales experience
• 5 years of experience managing multiple markets
