Consilio is seeking an Ironclad Legal Engineer to join our growing Ironclad Practice, working as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team alongside Solution Architects and Project Managers.
In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on configuration, build, and delivery of Ironclad CLM solutions, translating solution designs into scalable, production-ready implementations. You will play a critical role in executing against defined architectures, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
Responsibilities
Solution Build & Configuration
  • Configure Ironclad workflows, templates, approval processes, and contract schemas based on Solution Architect designs
  • Build dynamic templates, clause libraries, and playbooks to support contract standardisation
  • Implement workflow automation using Ironclad Workflow Designer

Delivery within the Ironclad Practice
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to interpret and implement technical solution designs
  • Partner with Project Managers to deliver against project timelines, milestones, and scope
  • Contribute to sprint-based delivery, build cycles, and iterative releases

Client Implementation
  • Support requirements validation and refinement from a build perspective
  • Translate functional and business requirements into system configurations
  • Participate in client workshops, demos, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Technical Integration & Data
  • Support our technical teams with integrations with key systems (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, Microsoft tools, APIs)
  • Collaborate with our Data Services team on data migration, data structuring, and contract metadata modelling
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, workflow, or system issues

Quality & Best Practice
  • Ensure solutions align with Ironclad best practices, scalability, and maintainability standards
  • Conduct testing and validation of configurations prior to client deployment
  • Contribute to internal reusable assets, accelerators, and documentation

Adoption & Continuous Improvement
  • Support client training and enablement activities
  • Identify opportunities to optimise client processes through automation and standardisation
  • Provide feedback into the Ironclad Practice for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience configuring Ironclad CLM (or comparable CLM platforms such as Sirion, Agiloft, Icertis, Conga)
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes
  • Experience building workflows, templates, and automation within SaaS platforms
  • Ability to interpret solution designs and translate them into technical configurations
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data structures

Qualifications
  • Experience working in a delivery team model alongside Solution Architects and Project Managers
  • Background in Legal Engineering, Legal Technology, or CLM implementation
  • Exposure to agile or sprint-based delivery environments
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, Microsoft ecosystem, or integration tools (e.g., Workato)

What You'll Be Part Of
  • A dedicated Ironclad Practice delivering best-in-class CLM implementations
  • A collaborative team structure with Solution Architects, Legal Engineers, and Project Managers
  • A high-performance delivery environment focused on innovation and client impact
  • Basic knowledge of JSON or structured data concepts
