Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Azure Cloud Native Engineer with strong experience designing, building, and operating modern cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Azure services, infrastructure as code, containerized workloads, and CI/CD automation, with the ability to make pragmatic architecture and implementation decisions while improving platform quality and delivery speed.

Duration: 7 months
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure using AKS, Azure Container Apps, and Azure App Service
  • Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or ARM templates
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions (YAML-based pipelines)
  • Support containerized and microservices-based architectures using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Implement secure cloud solutions using Key Vault, RBAC, and managed identities
  • Build API-driven and event-driven systems using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Logic Apps
  • Establish observability and monitoring using Azure Monitor and Application Insights
  • Ensure production readiness through networking, environment configuration, and operational support
  • Collaborate across development, infrastructure, and DevSecOps teams in an Agile environment
Core Skills:
  • Azure cloud services: AKS, App Service, Container Apps, Functions, VM, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Redis
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred), ARM templates
  • CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, YAML pipelines
  • Containers: Docker, Azure Container Registry, Kubernetes
  • Security: Key Vault, RBAC, managed identities, secure configuration patterns
  • Networking: Azure VNet, routing, environment setup
  • Observability: Azure Monitor, Application Insights, logging and alerting
  • Backend: .NET Core, microservices, API development
  • Event-driven architecture: Service Bus, Event Grid, Kafka (nice to have)
  • Frontend familiarity: React or Angular (supporting full stack environments)
Experience:
  • 7+ years in cloud engineering, DevOps, or full stack development roles
  • Strong hands-on Azure production experience
  • Proven experience with microservices and distributed systems
  • Experience delivering CI/CD pipelines and IaC in enterprise environments
  • Operational support experience including monitoring and incident response
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field required (or equivalent experience)
