Base pay range

$145,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Manage a team of project managers to assist in meeting goals, maintaining budgets, and high customer satisfaction.

My client is a national General Contractor with an annual revenue of around $1.3Bn and a reputation for building large-scale complex projects. They are currently on the market for a strong Senior Project Manager who has previous experience within Residential or Commercial construction. This opportunity offers immense potential for career growth, as you'll play a key role in supporting the company's continued expansion.   • Holds a four-year degree in construction management or construction engineering.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to success and profitability.
  • At least 10 years of project management experience, handling contract values ranging from $10 million to $100 million.

  • Oversees design development, budget planning, and project scheduling.
  • Supervises a team of Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Project Managers I & II, and Project Assistants as needed.
  • Leads the development of procurement strategies, including bid preparation, negotiation, and subcontract awarding.
  • Ensures project closeout activities are completed in accordance with company standards and timelines.
