    Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in locating products and efficiently processing sales at the register.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide high-quality customer service, demonstrating concern and patience in all customer interactions. 

    • Maintain a positive, motivated attitude in the workplace. 

    • Receive payment for customer purchases and accounts. 

    • Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions. 

    • Maintain cash drawer and assume accountability for all cash, checks, and invoices. 

    • Perform inventory counts as needed. 

    • Replenish displays and shelves as needed. 

    • Maintain a clean and professional working environment. 

    • Attend and participate in all Company sponsored training programs as required. 

    • Adhere to all safety protocols and Company policies and procedures. 

    • Other Duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Professional communication and interpersonal skills. 

    • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. 

    • Basic math skills to calculate prices and provide accurate change. 

    • Basic computer navigation skills. 

    • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks. 

    • Provide regular and predictable attendance.

    Education and Certificates
