    Pressure Check & Repair Specialist I is responsible for identifying and repairing issues with machined and welded parts.
    Responsibilities:
    • Test, inspect and diagnose malfunctions in post-build products
    • Perform necessary adjustments and repairs, including welding repairs
    • Execute straightening operations to ensure product conformity
    • Conduct quality checks in compliance with company standards
    • Collaborate with team members on assignments that require more than one person

    Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • One or more years of experience in welding and straightening operations
    • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
    • Ability to perform repetitive operations
    • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

    Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate these skillsets:
    • Blueprint reading experience
    • Ability to work as part of a team and undergo cross-training
    • Effective communications skills
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    * Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. All training will be on 1st shift for up to 2 months before moving to hired shift.
