    Job description

    Build Something That Matters

    Noblewins transforms retired wind turbine blades into high-quality outdoor furniture for municipalities, colleges, universities, parks, and public spaces across the United States.

    We're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who enjoy working with their hands and take pride in building durable products that will be used for decades.

    If you have experience in carpentry, auto body repair, welding, painting, construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or general trades, we'd like to talk with you.

    What You'll Do

    Depending on your skills and experience, responsibilities may include:

    • Cutting and preparing composite materials
    • Sanding, grinding, and surface finishing
    • Repairing and preparing components for production
    • Welding and fabrication of metal components
    • Painting and finishing products
    • Assembly of outdoor furniture and site furnishings
    • Loading, unloading, and moving materials
    • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
    • Supporting production goals and quality standards
    What We're Looking For
    • Experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, auto body, welding, painting, fabrication, or related trades preferred
    • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
    • Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions
    • Strong attention to quality and detail
    • Dependable attendance and positive attitude
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in an active production environment
    • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
