Warehouse Material Handler / Logistics Associate (1st Shift | Full-Time)

Pay: $18+/Hour (Based on Experience)

Location: Positions in Rochester, NH and Durham, NH

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift, 2nd, and 3rd shift available!

Are you looking to grow your career in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, supply chain, shipping and receiving, inventory control, or material handling ? We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Material Handlers / Logistics Associates to join a fast-paced team in NH.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience as a:

  • Material Handler

  • Warehouse Associate

  • Logistics Associate

  • Shipping & Receiving Clerk

  • Forklift Operator

  • Inventory Specialist

  • Order Picker/Packer

  • Distribution Center Associate

  • Warehouse Worker

  • Production Material Handler

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform order picking, packing, staging, and order fulfillment

  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse

  • Support shipping, receiving, and distribution operations

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory control

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and material handling equipment

  • Transport materials to support manufacturing and production operations

  • Utilize RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP systems

  • Organize stock and maintain warehouse storage locations

  • Ensure accuracy, quality control, and on-time shipment requirements

  • Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or material handling

  • Experience with inventory management, order picking, packing, receiving, or fulfillment

  • Forklift experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
