Job Duties:
This position performs complex case management work involving reviewing and tracking case management activities for inmates participating in substance use programs. This position works closely with the treatment team, security staff and others to monitor inmate progress while also preparing and presenting educational materials in individual and group settings. Responsibilities include delivering structured instructional sessions, monitoring inmate participation, documenting progress, and submitting accurate reports and related records.

You graduated from an accredited senior high school or equivalent (GED).

You are good at building rapport and maintaining consistent, professional communication.
You work well in a team environment

You are familiar with rehabilitation programming
You are comfortable facilitating structured educational groups and guiding discussions on substance use, anger management, and recovery.
You have strong documentation skills and can accurately track progress, prepare reports, and maintain organized records.
You are solutionfocused when managing challenging behaviors.
You have experience in criminal justice settings
