Job Description

Job Duties:
Supervise HVAC, refrigeration, and general maintenance projects for state facilities.
Plan, assign, inspect, and prioritize preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work.
Prepare project estimates, order materials, supplies, and maintain repair records.
Coordinate work with other supervisors to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Train and supervise maintenance workers while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
You'd be a GOOD fit if:
You have experience maintaining or repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems and equipment.
You hold a current EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
You understand HVAC systems, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
You have strong communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
You can plan projects, maintain records, and work collaboratively with multiple teams.
You'd be a GREAT fit if:
You have experience supervising HVAC or refrigeration maintenance teams.
You have experience installing HVAC or refrigeration systems.
You have an associate degree or technical training in HVAC or Refrigeration.
You have experience estimating labor, materials, and project costs.
You enjoy mentoring others and providing technical expertise on complex HVAC systems.
