Job Duties:
This position reports to an administrative office, with frequent travel to regional sites for oversight and is significantly involved in presenting to audiences across the state about the reentry services available through the division. Daytoday functions include oversight of Assistant Regional Directors and reentry case management staff; ensuring service coordination and implemented goals continue to be achieved with other state agencies and other agency divisions. This position works with two other Regional Directors developing schedules and operationalizing priorities and standards of excellence. This position provides general oversight of budget monitoring for resource needs and allocations.

You have experience working within governmental agency human service roles; such as social service, reentry planning, individualized assessment and case planning.
You are familiar with operationalizing Texas Government Codes and Administrative Codes.
You have at least 6 years of work experience to include two years of fulltime experience supervising employees OR a bachelor's degree and two years of fulltime experience supervising employees.
You are organized and detail oriented
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
