Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Product Analyst to join the Digital Center of Excellence. The Product Analyst will play a key role in the development, enhancement, and ongoing support of Broadridge's digital distribution platform within the Digital Center of Excellence. This role will support e-delivery capabilities used for investor communications across our Investor Communication Solutions business, with a focus on internal platforms, shared digital capabilities, and the operational processes that enable effective digital communication delivery.
This role focuses on the execution and enhancement of specific product features through close day-to-day collaboration with the development team. As a key liaison between stakeholders and the development team, the Product Analyst helps ensure that delivered solutions align with stakeholder needs, the product vision, and broader strategic goals.
This role is considered hybrid, meaning you will be assinged to our Edgewood, NY or New York City offices, and given the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the development team is focused on the highest-value work.
  • Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and ensure priorities align with the product vision.
  • Actively participate in and help drive sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to support effective product delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback, share updates, and address questions or concerns.
  • Identify near-term risks and dependencies in the product backlog and sprint planning process, including resource constraints, technical challenges, and stakeholder alignment issues.
  • Collaborate with peers, technical teams, and internal partners to resolve common issues and deliver timely solutions.
  • Continuously refine and improve team processes through active participation in retrospectives and other improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the product, its features, and the market context in which it operates.
  • Apply a foundational understanding of market research principles.
  • Analyze product and operational data to identify trends, measure performance, investigate issues, and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related field.
  • An understanding of APIs and AWS, and how they can be leveraged to support effective solutions.
  • Experience serving in a Product Owner capacity within an Agile environment, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, user story preparation, sprint reviews, and product demonstrations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and issues to business partners.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple project deliverables effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tailor messaging to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience working with technical teams, internal partners, and external vendors throughout the development process, including writing business requirements, use cases, and user stories; conducting user acceptance testing; and communicating project status to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $95,000- $110,000

Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible
