    Job Title: Financial Product Specialist

    We are seeking a Financial Product Specialist to support our Product Management team through product administration, performance reporting, pricing analysis, and client billing oversight. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the integrity, profitability, and ongoing enhancement of ACBB's products and services while collaborating across Finance, Operations, Sales, Client Care, and Product Development teams.

    What You'll Do:
    As a key member of the Product Management team, you will provide analytical, operational, and administrative support to help ensure product accuracy, strong financial performance, and exceptional client service.
    Product Performance Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare, maintain, and analyze product performance reports using data from multiple systems
    • Review performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, exceptions, and anomalies
    • Communicate findings and observations to management and key stakeholders
    • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports for management review and committee meetings

    Product Inventory & Specifications Support
    • Maintain accurate product inventories, specifications, and related documentation
    • Validate consistency of product information across systems, internal resources, and client-facing materials
    • Support updates to product materials, fee schedules, and internal documentation
    • Coordinate communication of product changes and enhancements with business partners

    Pricing Strategy Support
    • Gather and analyze internal and external market, financial, and product information
    • Maintain reports comparing actual performance to budget and identify significant variances
    • Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical materials for pricing discussions and business planning
    • Monitor competitive offerings and industry trends to support product strategy

    Client Billing Process Support
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end client billing process.
    • Review and validate billing data for accuracy and completeness
    • Reconcile billing information with product usage and vendor invoices
    • Research discrepancies and escalate issues as appropriate

    Product Development & Enhancement Support
    • Gather market research, competitive analysis, and client feedback
    • Assist in the preparation of product presentations, training materials, and documentation
    • Collaborate with Sales, Client Care, Operations, and other teams to identify opportunities for product improvement
    • Support referral partner relationship activities through feedback collection and reporting

    Requirements
    What You'll Bring:
    Basic Qualifications/Skills:
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in product support, product management, financial services products, business analysis, or a related field. Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry preferred. Experience supporting pricing analysis, budgeting, revenue management, billing processes, and financial controls is a plus.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field required; Equivalent combinations of education, technical training, and directly related experience may be considered

    • Advanced Excel and reporting skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
    • Knowledge of pricing, budgeting, billing, and financial controls.

    Pay Range: $60,000 to $80,000 annually
