    The Role

    The ADMS Principal Power Systems Engineer is responsible for overseeing the technical execution of Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) projects from planning through cutover. This role acts as the primary technical contact for the customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery for the project. Your Impact

    • Lead full ADMS project execution and ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with project goals.
    • Maintain a broad perspective.
    • Proactively identify risks and evolving requirements.
    • Ensure a path to adoption readiness and satisfaction with the solution being delivered.
    • Manage competing priorities effectively to support project milestones and customer needs.
    • Quickly triage reported variances to identify next steps and determine appropriate escalation paths.
    • Serve as a bridge between customers and other technical resources.
    • Ensure strict, consistent, complete documentation of variances and resolution plans to support effective collaboration.
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
    • Lead or participate in workshops, training sessions, and testing events.
    What You'll Need
    • Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical, power systems, or computer engineering.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in project engineering, power systems engineering, software engineering, applications engineering, or systems engineering.
    • Willingness and ability to work at the office in Medina, MN (4 days in-office).
    • Willingness and ability to travel to North American customer sites (up to 25%).
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Technical writing and/or public speaking experience preferred.

    The salary range for this role is $127,000.00 - $158,700.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay.
