How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Transform raw data into actionable insights by analyzing information from multiple sources to develop clear reports and statistical overviews that drive strategic decisions.
- Design and recommend report formats and scopes that match leadership's needs, ensuring complex data is structured for high readability and maximum business impact.
- Maintain rigorous data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular reconciliations, ensuring the organization relies on flawless information for quality improvement initiatives.
- Empower and educate internal teams on how to access self-service reporting tools and accurately interpret data, building a culture of data literacy across departments.
- Identify emerging data trends and proactively make recommendations to optimize healthcare delivery and operational quality.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking
- 3-5 years of pharmacy technician experience
