    Position Overview

    The Arthrex Oklahoma Sales Associate is an entry-level sales support position, designed to develop the next generation of Arthrex Sales Representatives. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, high performing team where learning is constant, and collaboration is encouraged.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Support Arthrex Sales Representatives in managing accounts within the assigned territory
    • Assist with surgical case coverage, including instrumentation set-up, procedural support, and product demonstrations
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of Arthrex products, surgical techniques, and orthopedic anatomy
    • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting during surgeries
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital personnel
    • Participate in ongoing education, training, and sales meetings to stay current with new products and procedures
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory, and case coverage
    • Support compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company standards
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure surgical environment
    • Highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
