  • Build and maintain TAM, share, pricing, and mix models across hyperscalers, Tier 2 cloud providers, Neo-clouds, and ecosystem partners.
  • Lead executive-level revenue updates, operating reviews, and performance narratives for senior leadership and Board discussions.
  • Develop product-level contribution margin and profitability models tied to roadmap, customer mix, and supply assumptions.
Commercial Structuring and Strategic Deal Support
  • Serve as the finance lead on sophisticated customer and partner engagements, including Hyperscalers, cloud, OEM, and AI infrastructure opportunities.
  • Shape commercial constructs that balance growth, durability, margin, and capital efficiency while aligning with accounting, legal, and operational requirements.
  • Support negotiations with robust scenario analysis, pricing frameworks, and risk-adjusted financial modeling.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Legal, and Accounting to structure scalable, executable agreements.
GM Partnership and Strategic Influence
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the GM and Cloud AI leadership team on growth strategy, investments, and resource allocation.
  • Translate market shifts, driven dynamics, product roadmap decisions, and supply-side developments into clear decision frameworks.
  • Pressure-test portfolio choices, customer prioritization, and investment trade-offs.
  • Identify early indicators of demand inflection, pricing shifts, supply constraints, or driven risk.
Silicon Economics and Investment Governance
  • Lead financial modeling for silicon product economics, covering aspects such as product expenses, gross margin, non-recurring engineering costs, mask spend, and lifecycle profitability.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to align financial plans with capacity, packaging, memory availability, and platform readiness.
  • Develop scenarios for volume ramps, cost curves, allocation decisions, and margin sensitivity under changing market conditions.
  • Support stage-gate and investment reviews for future Cloud AI programs, including return on investment, NPV, and resource prioritization.
Team Leadership and Organizational Build
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team aligned to the scale and complexity of the Cloud AI division.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent across commercial finance, product finance, and deal support.
  • Establish strong operating rhythms, accountability, and a culture of detailed, results-focused decision support.
  • Scale team capability alongside business growth, ensuring the function evolves with increasing product, customer, and supply complexity.
Planning and Operating Excellence
  • Run thorough long-range planning cycles and quarterly forecasts across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Ensure revenue and margin models reconcile to accounting treatment and operational realities.
  • Build scalable planning and modeling infrastructure to improve speed, accuracy, and the development of actionable insights.
  • Drive high-quality, decision-ready analytics in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment.
Required Skills and Experience :
  • 15+ years of multifaceted finance leadership experience in semiconductor, cloud, AI infrastructure, enterprise hardware, or adjacent technology environments.
  • Direct ownership of revenue forecasting and P&L management for sophisticated product portfolios.
  • Deep experience in TAM modeling, share analysis, pricing strategy, and scenario-based forecasting.
  • Strong commercial competence with demonstrated involvement in sophisticated deal structuring and negotiations.
  • Experience supporting hyperscalers, large cloud customers, or other sophisticated strategic accounts.
  • Consistent record of building and scaling high-performing finance teams in complex, fast-growing environments.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively amid demand volatility, supply constraints, and evolving market dynamics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to translate sophisticated financial and market dynamics into clear executive decisions.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
  • MBA, CPA, CFA or equivalent experience, or equivalent sophisticated credential.
  • Experience with data center semiconductors, AI infrastructure, CPU roadmaps, or merchant silicon business models.
  • Familiarity with silicon economics, including product cost, gross margin, NRE, and supply ramp dynamics.
  • Understanding of Hyperscalers CAPEX cycles and AI workload demand trends.
  • Background in strategic finance, investment banking, or infrastructure modeling is a plus.
Technical and Analytical Toolkit
  • Sophisticated financial modeling and scenario analysis capability!
  • Strong command of planning processes, performance management, and executive storytelling.
