    What You'll Do
    As a Residential Service Associate, you'll provide compassionate, person-centered support to adults with disabilities living in residential homes. Every day is an opportunity to help someone gain confidence, build independence, and enjoy a higher quality of life.
    Your responsibilities may include:
    • Assisting with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and grooming
    • Helping prepare meals and encouraging healthy living
    • Supporting medication administration according to agency policies
    • Assisting with housekeeping and maintaining a safe, comfortable home
    • Transporting individuals to work, appointments, shopping, and community activities
    • Encouraging independence, choice, and personal growth
    • Building meaningful, trusting relationships with the individuals you support
    • Supporting recreational activities, hobbies, and community involvement
    • Completing daily documentation and progress notes
    • Following all health, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
    • Working collaboratively with coworkers, families, and healthcare professionals

    Required Qualifications
    • At least 18 years of age
    • High school diploma or GED preferred
    • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
    • Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
    • Ability to pass required background checks
    • Ability to assist individuals with mobility and daily living activities
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Compassionate, patient, dependable, and reliable
    Preferred Experience
    Experience is helpful but not required. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in:
