  • Ensure cross-functional alignment, accountability, and successful delivery of key initiatives
  • Build a scalable operating model that enables Marketing to deliver more effectively with greater consistency and impact

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in creative operations, production, or a related field
  • Organizational skills: Highly organized with exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and shifting requirements simultaneously
  • Vendor Management: Proven experience managing external vendors, contracts, budgets, and production logistics
  • Workflow Knowledge: Strong understanding of creative workflows across print, digital, and multimedia
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience managing, developing, coaching, and mentoring direct reports
  • Technical Skills: Competency in core creative production tools and platforms
  • Soft Skills: Excellent cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
